We handle the recruitment process for technology companies employing between 5 and 500 people.

Igloo RPO was founded in late 2007 by Louise Whitehead, a recruitment industry veteran with 13 years’ experience across contingency, executive search, outsourced and internal recruitment in and around the technology sector.

It is Igloo RPO’s mission to provide high-quality, cost-effective, outsourced, permanent and contract recruitment services to start-up and SME technology companies.

We chose the name Igloo because it symbolises the fact we are the polar opposite to the boiler-room environment of many recruitment companies. The RPO stands for ‘Recruitment Process Outsourcing’ because we work with most of our clients in an outsourced capacity. Customers who begin to use us for ad hoc permanent and contract roles generally tend to outsource to us once they have seen how good we are at what we do!

Igloo currently operates out of two offices; one in Berkhamsted and one at the heart of the Thames Valley, in Reading. Our client base contains companies from various sectors although most commonly we deal with Software Houses, Web 2.0 companies, Telecommunications companies and IT Outsourcers and Business Technology Consultancies.
