Recruitment Account Managers at Igloo work as recruitment managers for each customer
that is allocated to them. In some cases this may involve on-site activity and will
encompass a complete mix of recruitment life-cycle activities including developing
and implementing innovative attraction strategies and seeing them through to the
first weeks of an applicants employment with your client. For this role we look
for detailed experience of recruiting a range of skills within the private sector
either as a commercial recruiter or as part of a corporate HR function. Commitment
to quality is a key characteristic we look for in all new recruits into these roles.
Recruitment Account Managers
Researchers at Igloo are a important part of our success because they are the people
who make sure we leave no stone unturned during the resourcing process. One day
you may be searching conventional job board databases and the next head-hunting applicants
from another country. We take individuals with some recruitment experience as well
as bright and ambitious college-leavers and train them in the Igloo way of doing
things!
